We recently hosted an exclusive in-store event featuring a hands-on session led by our certified Steinway technician. The session explored:
- How Steinway pianos are built
- How to evaluate a used piano’s condition
- Basic maintenance tips every piano owner should know
Participants also got to see internal parts of a grand piano and ask questions in a relaxed, friendly setting. Everyone left with a deeper appreciation of what’s inside their instrument—and a free Ideal Piano tote bag!
